His experience working with building contractors, developers, and end users has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and enabled the development of a strong and well-established professional network.
Ben’s meticulous and methodical approach to cost management, supported by extensive site-based experience. This enables him to undertake detailed first-principles estimating, developing accurate and transparent construction rates based on labour productivity, material quantities, and Plumbing and Electrical requirements.
Having successfully delivered projects across the UK, Ben now concentrates his professional activities within London and the Home Counties. Ben ensures that all measurements and cost data are fully substantiated, accurately documented, and auditable, providing clients with robust and reliable cost certainty throughout the project lifecycle.
