Improvement Plan
For those who have not already completed a True Value Improvement Plan, we begin here. This stage explores your ambitions through architectural sketches while checking what is realistically achievable. We test your ideas against planning risk, budget range and lifestyle impact, building a clear brief and phased strategy. Once the scope is grounded and aligned with your life, we move confidently into concept development.
Concept Development
With a clear framework in place, we refine and develop the core design. This is where the architectural vision takes shape, responding to your personal style and the character of your home. The design is explored creatively, then lightly tested before progressing to planning, ensuring ambition and realism remain aligned.
Planning Application & Approvals
We thoughtfully prepare and submit your planning application. Led by our architectural team and supported by our planning consultant’s expertise, we present a strong case, whether aligning with policy or advocating to push boundaries, giving your design the best chance of approval.
Detailed Design & Tender
Our architects refine every detail, ensuring the design’s look, feel and materials align with your aesthetic vision. In partnership with our cost consultant, we develop a precise, build-ready package with detailed drawings and specifications. This allows us to tender your project to trusted contractors, securing competitive pricing and value for money before construction begins.
Construction Support
During construction, our architects remain closely involved to protect your vision. We review contractor drawings, visit site, check set-outs against tolerances and ensure workmanship aligns with the design intent. Acting as your advocate throughout, we help prevent corners being cut and safeguard the quality of your investment through to completion.
