What happens in the workshop
Before the call, we research the property from your listing link. Then thirty minutes on a screen share: what the home could become, what the work might involve, what planning is likely to allow, and what to check before you commit. Ideas are sketched live as we talk.
One thing it is not: a session on what to offer. We never suggest a figure, in the call or afterwards. The workshop is about the property and its potential. If offer support is what you need, we will point you at the right service and tell you plainly whether it is worth appointing us.
