Too often, buyers are expected to make that judgement quickly and with limited information. True Value exists to change that, giving you the insight and perspective you need before you commit.

Our Story
True Value grew out of first-hand experience of how exposed buyers can feel when purchasing a home, especially when they plan to improve it, whether as an investment or to make it their own. As an architect, our founder repeatedly saw friends, family, and clients forced to make high-stakes decisions without access to joined-up, timely advice.
True Value was created to change that experience. It is built on the belief that, with the right structure, buyers can access the breadth of expert insight they need at the moment it matters most, before decisions are locked in.
A note from our founder
I founded True Value after seeing how fragmented the buying process really is from the inside. As an architect, I repeatedly encountered situations where critical planning, design, cost, and condition insight existed, but only became available after decisions were already made. When buying my own home, bringing that expertise forward allowed me to properly test the opportunity and secure it at 23% below asking price, based on reality rather than presentation.

Together, we bring the range of insight buyers typically access too late into one joined-up process, ensuring advice is timely, impartial, and grounded in real expertise at the moment it matters most.

We support buyers across the South of England, from city apartments in London to countryside homes in Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds, Devon, and Cornwall. While our core focus is in the Southwest and Southern England, we also assist clients further afield and can tailor our support wherever your search may take you.
