How we help before you offer on a property

Our pre-offer services help you set a clear strategy before an offer is made. We work with you to properly test a property, understand its strengths and limitations, and assess what it would realistically involve to improve. This allows you to approach any offer with confidence, grounded in a clear understanding of the trade-offs and implications, as well as the opportunities a property could realistically hold for you and your future.

How we help after your offer is accepted

Once your offer is accepted, we help you decide how best to respond to what the survey reveals. From there, clients typically take one of two routes. Some focus on current condition and repair costs through Survey Costing & Post-Offer Negotiation. Others move into the Improvement Plan, which builds on this work to assess future potential, feasibility, design options, and improvement costs. Both services support informed decisions before exchange, using the same evidence-led approach.

How we help deliver your project

Following the Improvement Plan, if you wish to deliver an extension, renovation, or reconfiguration, we can support your project by building on the work already undertaken and moving more efficiently into the next design stage. From there, you can either take the brief forward with your own delivery team, or continue with us through our sister company, True Architecture.
