Garrick is a PQS (Quantity Surveyor) advising residential clients across Bristol, Bath, the Cotswolds and the wider South West.

His day to day practice centres on cost planning, risk management and contract administration for private homeowners, helping clients make confident decisions before and during works. He takes a practical, detail led approach to budgets, identifying hidden cost drivers early, stress testing assumptions and translating technical scope into clear, comparable numbers.

For True Value, he provides independent cost certainty, from realistic allowances and contingencies through to procurement strategy, so clients understand the financial implications of a property before they commit. He is particularly experienced in refurbishment, extension and new build projects where constraints and unknowns can materially affect cost and programme.
